Jorge Garcia spent years moving from one Christian denomination to another, searching for answers that none of them could fully provide. From Catholicism to Presbyterianism to Seventh Day Adventism to the Jehovah’s Witnesses, his persistent questioning eventually led him to the one faith that answered every question with clarity and consistency: Islam.
A Journey Through Christianity’s Contradictions
Raised with a Catholic father and a Presbyterian mother, Jorge experienced firsthand the fundamental disagreements within Christianity. The Catholics told him Jesus is God. The Presbyterians said he is the Son of God. The Seventh Day Adventists had their own additional prophet, a female figure not found anywhere in biblical prophecy. The Jehovah’s Witnesses also had their own prophet while maintaining Jesus was the Son of God but not God Himself.

What Islam Answered Clearly
- God is One, distinct from His creation; He does not become human, eat, sleep, or need anything
- Jesus (peace be upon him) was a mighty prophet and messenger, not God or the literal Son of God
- No person bears the sins of another; each individual is accountable for their own deeds, as even the Bible states in Ezekiel 18:20
- Forgiveness comes directly from God when you sincerely repent, without any need for blood sacrifice or intermediary
The Simplicity of Pure Monotheism
Jorge found in Islam what no denomination of Christianity could offer: a consistent, logical understanding of God that matched his own reasoning. The Creator is distinct from creation. If a man needs air to breathe and food to survive, he cannot be God. You prostrate to the Creator alone, pray to Him alone, and when you make a mistake, you turn to Him alone for forgiveness. This is the message every prophet brought from Adam to Muhammad (peace be upon them all).
