Muslim Shocks Patrick Bet-David with Quran After Bible Gift to Andrew Tate

Patrick Bet-David recently shared a story about a Muslim friend who gave him a copy of the Quran during a home visit, framing it as though the friend had “the audacity” to share his faith. But when you look at the full picture, the double standard becomes impossible to ignore. Patrick himself handed Andrew Tate a Bible on camera in front of millions right after Tate had accepted Islam, and he presented that as a thoughtful act of friendship. So why is a Muslim doing the exact same thing in private suddenly treated as strange?

The Double Standard Exposed

Patrick’s Muslim friend was not rude, pushy, or aggressive by Patrick’s own admission. He was a guest who was fed, treated well, and then shared something meaningful. That is exactly what Patrick did when he gave Tate a Bible from 1870 on camera. The difference is that one was presented as a generous act while the other was framed as an oddity. Meanwhile, Patrick continues to invite professional Islam haters like Rasheed Spencer and Tommy Robinson onto his platform, people who attack Islam for profit while his actual Muslim friend tries to give him the real source material.

“I respect the fact that you have the audacity to come to my house after I feed you to tell me about your religion. That’s never happened to me with Jews.” — Patrick Bet-David, describing his Muslim friend sharing the Quran

What It Actually Means to Become Muslim

Patrick asked on his show how long it takes to become Muslim, and the answer surprised his audience: about 15 seconds. But it is not just “saying a prayer” as his co-host suggested. The shahada is a testimony, a statement of truth that comes after evidence has been presented and your heart aligns with it. It is acknowledging that nothing deserves worship except the Creator of the heavens and earth, and that Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the final messenger, which automatically includes accepting all previous prophets including Jesus, Moses, and Abraham.

“This is the greatest statement a human being can ever make: when they recognize their Creator, that He is absolutely One, unique, without beginning, He doesn’t become born through the womb of a woman, and that Muhammad is the last and final messenger sent to mankind.”

Key Points

  • Sharing the Quran with a friend is no different than Patrick giving Andrew Tate a Bible, both are acts of care and sincerity
  • Islam means submitting your will to the will of God, the same message found in the Lord’s Prayer: “Thy will be done”
  • Jesus, Moses, and Abraham were all Muslims in the sense that they submitted to the One God
  • The shahada takes 15 seconds to say but represents a lifetime of living in alignment with truth
  • Islam continues to grow because its message of pure monotheism makes sense to sincere hearts across all backgrounds
