His people refused to listen, and their city, believed to lie beneath the Dead Sea, was destroyed as a consequence of their rejection of God’s guidance.

This divine preservation is precisely why no new prophet was needed after Muhammad (peace be upon him). The message is complete, and the Book is intact for all of humanity to access and verify.
