Whenever you see something that doesn’t make sense, you have to run from it. We’re told that the first step to salvation in Christianity is to recognize the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Two things then come into play: original sin and atoning sacrifice. One case says it doesn’t matter if you believe and in the other the very opposite.
True salvation is to turn to your Creator with an open heart, repent from your sin, declare true belief, and walk in the path prescribed by God.
1. Recognize Him as He is – not as how we feel He is.
2. Repent for the sins you have made via your heart, directly to God.
3. Declare true faith, sincerity, that you will accept His religion and adhere to it.
