Sheikh Waleed Abdulhakeem from Canada, known as "The Traveling Imam", has journeyed to more than 100+ countries in all 6 continents around the globe spreading the message of Islam & Personal Development Training, from the villages of China, to the arctic North of Norway, to the jungles of South America, he can draw the world map from memory. He is the founder and director of Islamic Studies at Ilm Path Academy Online and a professor at Almaghrib institute. He was the Imam and director of religious affairs at the first Islamic centre in Toronto, known as Jami Mosque, and a member of the Canadian Council of Imams. Sheikh Waleed has been invited to some of the largest Islamic conferences around the world, including the Peace TV Conference, Journey of Faith conference, and the International Islamic Leadership Conference, where he shared a platform with the Prime Minister of Malaysia Dr Mahathir Mohammed. He has been featured on local & international satellite TV channels in Europe, North America, and the Middle East, such as Iqra, Al-Huda, Bridges, CanTV, & others. His message focuses on spreading authentic Islamic education combined with practical life skills and personal development training in order for Muslims to excel in both worlds. He is currently finishing his Phd in Islamic Studies from the Islamic International University.
