This lecture disccuses the issue of why did Allah(God) create us? and why does Allah command us to worship Him? If the whole world worshiped Allah it would NOT increase Him in any way, if the whole world refused to worship Allah it would NOT decrease Him in anyway. Worshiping Allah is a need we have, Allah does not need us to worship Him. Worshiping is a need for us to get to Paradise, the purpose of our existence.
